Nicholas Cirrito
Nick received an undergraduate degree from UC San Diego and later earned a Master's degree from Scripps Institution of Oceanography, where he ignited a passion for blue carbon research in coastal ecosystems. He also works as a Teaching Assistant for the Climate Science & Policy graduate program at SIO and aspires to pursue academia through a PhD. He enjoys spending time outdoors mountain biking, surfing, rock climbing, and backpacking in the Eastern Sierras. His favorite bird is the Blue-Footed Booby.
