Benefits for Sponsors

Our sponsors don't just get their logo on a banner; they get an immersive experience that connects them with our passionate bird-loving audience. We create unique opportunities for our sponsors to shine.

Our sponsorship packages include benefits like exhibition space, speaking opportunities, and other opportunities for direct and meaningful engagement in a fun, interactive way.

Please contact us if you would like to be a sponsor of the San Diego Bird Festival.

Non-Sponsoring Vendors

Demand for vendor spaces typically exceeds the amount of available space in the Bayview Room exhibit hall. To state your interest in becoming a vendor, please fill out this form. Vendor spots will be allocated according to a few selection criteria. This process will take place in September 2023. We will continue to accept vendor forms until February 1, 2024, as vacancies sometimes happen without notice.

Vendors pay $300 for a standard booth at the time of acceptance. All booths include one skirted 6 ft. table and 2 chairs. A standard booth is typically 8 feet of aisle frontage with 6-8 feet of depth, depending upon placement within the exhibit hall. We cannot guarantee placement against a wall for vendors.

Please note that we have an additional vending opportunity which is especially well-suited for local vendors. Please see "Bird-Friendly Home and Garden Expo."

Bird-Friendly Home and Garden Expo

We have additional exhibitor space in the Dockside, Nautical room, and Courtyard spaces on Feb 25, 2024 the Sunday of the festival.
Exhibitors in these areas must satisfy the following criteria:

1) Your product or service must have direct impacts on one of the major threats to birds: habitat loss, pesticides, collisions, run-ins with domestic pets.
2) Your message clearly communicates that alignment with your mission (even if it is not focused directly on birds) can make a difference for birds in their day to day lives.*
3) Your display contains interactive elements (preferred but not required)

*Examples of this may include but are not limited to sustainably grown coffee and chocolate, recycling programs, environmental justice programs, groups that offer environmental education, and organic native plant care products. Indoor vendors can sell, outdoor vendors can distribute information.

For-profit organizations $150
Non-profit organizations $100.

All outdoor booths include one skirted 6 ft table and 2 chairs. We recommend you bring a shade canopy. Electricity is not available in our outdoor space, but we have an indoor exhibit space for those who need electricity.

Exhibit Hours 10-2.
