Karina Ornelas
Karina Ornelas is a student at San Diego City College. She is majoring in Zoology, and plans on transferring in fall 2022. She is currently serving as the President of the San Diego City College Audubon Club, where she is active on many projects to protect and study birds. As a staff member with Audubon, she has been assisting with outreach efforts including translating materials from English to Spanish to better connect with the Latino community, and supporting our habitat restoration efforts on our social media platforms. She spends her free time volunteering at San Diego Zoo.
