Sally Kaufman
Sally is an Internal Medicine and Pediatrics physician with Kaiser San Diego and Scripps Coastal Medical Group. She completed her medical residency at UCSD in 2018. While living in San Diego, and exploring its incredibly diverse ecosystems, she became passionate about protecting its resources for the health of the planet and its people. She is passionate about mitigating climate change and the adverse effects it has on both her patients and our feathered friends. She serves as Co-Chair of San Diego’s American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Climate Change and Health Committee and on the Public Health Advisory Committee for Climate Action Campaign. She is an EcoAmerica Climate Ambassador.
