Esther Tsai
Esther is a nature lover. She is passionate about protecting wildlife and preserving natural habitats for future generations. Most importantly, Esther envisions a healthy environment for all.
Esther has over 30 years of experience in organizational leadership in nonprofit, private sectors and board development. She comes to us from Fred Wells Tennis & Education Center where she served as the Executive Director for six years. She was responsible for managing all aspects of the organization including leading the organization in the strategic planning process and a successful capital campaign. She also specializes in strategic sales and marketing management during her time in the private sector where she held the position of Regional Vice-President overseeing the Asia-Pacific markets.
She served on numerous nonprofit boards including the Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, Dodge Nature Center, Tennis & Education, Visitation School. She is also an advisory board member of the Gustavus College TLC. Her involvement on the various boards includes chairing the governance, development, and diversity, equity & inclusion committees. Esther also co-chaired numerous major fundraising events.
Esther finds joy in connecting with people to further the mission of nonprofit communities and ultimately improve lives.
