Celine Holguín

Celine has lived in San Diego for all her life, and has always had an appreciation for animals and diverse ecosystems. However, it isn’t until recently that she became completely enamored with San Diego’s wildlife and plant diversity. Thus, with her biological sciences degree from CSUSM, Celine is pursing a career in restoration ecology and/or wildlife conservation, in order to learn about, protect, and care for all things nature. As a Conservation Assistant, she feels incredibly happy to be surrounded by like-minded individuals that work to protect wildlife and precious habitats. When she is not out in the field with SDAS, she enjoys reading, birding, and listening to Al Green while baking cookies.
