Our efforts to celebrate and protect wetlands were honored by County Board of Supervisor Chair Nathan Fletcher, who proclaimed February 9th "Love Your Wetlands Day" throughout San Diego County. The proclamation also mentions the importance of our education programs that connect local school children with the outdoors, wildlife refuges that provide pristine habitat to wildlife, and the ReWild Coalition for their important work in advocating for wetlands restoration in Mission Bay.
