This course has three parts: a pre-festival introduction (presented online), a meet-you-there field trip at the festival, and a post-festival photo review and feedback session.

Spend the morning in La Jolla Cove with Alex Eisengard and Chris Smith, award-winning, up-and-coming young bird photographers. Learn how to make the best of lighting conditions, camera settings, and your position when you take the photo.

Digiscoping at the Swarovski Trailer

Meet Swarovski reps at the Trailer in the Parking lot for some coffee and digiscoping using a spotting scope, and your camera or smart phone. Limited to 6 participants.
