Announcing Dune Defenders!

Become a restoration hero with San Diego Audubon! Our coastal sand dunes face numerous threats, with the encroachment of invasive species being one of the most serious. Help us restore these habitats to defend the native plants and animals that call these areas home. Dune Defenders will meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month, from 9am – 12pm at various coastal sand dunes sites. Sign up or find out more by contacting conservation@sandiegoaudubon.org.
Interested in taking your volunteer work one step further? Become a Conservation Team Leader and lead other volunteers at our habitat restoration events! This is an opportunity to learn more about conservation efforts for the California Least Tern, share this knowledge with the public, and gain additional experience in the field of conservation biology.
